I catch myself unconsciously leaning against the breakfast bar as Michelle and I chat — just the way it happens during any good party or gathering of friends.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Upstairs, both bedrooms have access to a cozy balcony — no question this is where you’d find me hanging out on sunny summer evenings. This level is also where the laundry is intelligently placed for convenience. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;On our way toward Agenda’s amenities area, Michelle and I look in on some of the other floor plans — a single-level one-bedroom and a three-bedroom that elicits a spontaneous “oh my, isn’t this huge” from both of us. Clearly there’s plenty of choice to satisfy a broad range of lifestyles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All the Extras Too&lt;br /&gt;“This is such a fantastic space,” she says as we step into the two-storey gym.
